YES PROJECT!

YES! is a covered leisure, entertainment and sports destination, set to bring c. £300m in investment and create up to 3,000 jobs. The scheme is by Oak Holdings plc, listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Located on a 327-acre ex-coalfield site adjoining Rother Valley Country Park in Rotherham, Oak hopes to develop a state-of-the-art leisure and entertainment resort - forecast to be the  biggest of its kind in Europe.

YES! will feature over one million sq ft of entertainment facilities with supporting infrastructure that includes a unique combination of:
