Brookfields Manvers

Brookfields is an 84 acre development on the site of the former Manvers Main Colliery. The development, managed by St Paul’s Developments plc includes a mix of office and industrial space in a landscaped environment.

The first stage of the scheme was the completion of site remediation, new site infrastructure and the speculative development of 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) of office/industrial space, which is now complete.

Next Plc. have now completed their largest distribution centre in the UK, the two warehouse/distribution units total 1,100,000 sq. ft. with Maplin taking a further 176,000 sq. ft. distribution unit and completing a new office facility.
